FYI, the kettlebell instructor at my gym (who had a video on Exercise TV) told me that it's owned by Jake Steinfeld (as in Body By Jake). They're apparently discontinuing it due to the cost of storing all of the content, so it's not profitable.
I saw something on my system (Time Warner in Los Angeles) called Exerskool, which might not be available in all areas.
My suggestion would be to use the DVDs and TV clips as starting points to sequence your own workouts. After you master the exercises, you can develop your own routines, modify the basics, add equipment if appropriate, etc. This prevents boredom, and is also more cost-effective than constantly buying new material (whch is often redundant).
Hi Bopper--That was a close one in Oakland, wasn't it? I'm relieved that the Lions pulled off that one-point win. Should be a nice NFC North Christmas treat with the Packers and Bears.
I'm in the gym this afternoon training client #1--me ![]()
