I'm glad you found relief using oils.
I take prescription ibuprofen for an arthritic knee but I'm always concerned about long term use. I use a blended oil by Ameo called Muscle Mend. Works well but at $40 is pricey.
I used it this past week on my painful wrists after work. Relieves the pain with a nice warming action.

This might not matter to you, but, I read the other day these oils can cause a man to grow breasts

I read that (or read the headline) too.
It is good to know, imo, everything we can about using products!
Thank you❤️

This is very much false and has been proven time and time again.

I recently ordered "Peace" by "doTerra". I LOVE the smell of this. I could have sworn it had cedarwood in it. I ordered plain cedarwood, which smelled nothing like the "Peace". The cedarwood I ordered smelled like tea tree oil to me. I am not too familiar with the scents or uses. I'm still learning.
I was having extremely dry/itchy skin. I've been using a few drops of cedarwood in my bath water. I can tell a HUGE difference in my skin.

I see a lot of them being promoted* as "cures" for allergies where meds are no longer needed, and other things, to which I give a major side-eye
anything that a layperson promulgates as a cure is suspect, if you want to make your room smell nice that's fine

Cannot say enough about peppermint oil for repelling mice! Read about it on an old thread in these forums. Much prefer it to the other methods.
Also have heard to add a few drops to shampoo to prevent itching, but keep forgetting to try.
Used it in a spray bottle to disinfect surfaces when I moved into a house with old cabinets.

I had a plantars wart on my foot for years and I couldn't get anything to work. Finally my Nurse Practioner mentioned I should put thieves and oregano on it, I did and it went away for good. My daughter, the Massage Therapist, uses them all the time in her business. I get them from her. When I get headaches, I don't take pills anymore (especially because last year the iboprofin landed me in the hospital with a bleeding stomach and my blood got down to 6.7. So I use PanAway and Pepperment on the neck in back, and heat, and that takes care of it. Both my husband and i get good results from the oils.

Most have to be diluted.
They've been around for thousands of years.
They have distinctive properties.
They have been studied extensively.
They're slowly being replaced by synthetics.
Some that I presently use or have used in the past in my skin/hair care - frankinsence, geranium, rosemary, amla, horsetail, fennel, ivy, echinacea, helichrysum, oregano, myrrh...
(If I had an infection, I know which one/s to use internally.)

I use Breathe for my allergies and Deep Blue for sore muscles.
They oils help me with both ailments.
I prefer to use natural healing when I can. I have arthritis and
do not take anti inflammatory medication unless I absolutely
have to.
Essential oils are not a cure..but they have absolutely helped me.
