Sandgirl, did you give up eggs altogether, and if so, have you noticed any changes?

a few days so far and so far absolutely no change.

I'm honestly on my 4th day with no sleep, my Dr is exploring other options, referring me to a neurologist and hormone specialist.

She wants me to try trazodone at night, low dose but gosh, I just don't want to be on a prescription, especially one that sounds like it could be hard coming off of it! Smiley Sad

If I were you I'd give the trazodone a try. It could make a major difference in how you feel and you'll know the first night whether it works for you. Going without sleep can be more dangerous than taking meds to help you sleep. If it doesn't help, you can just not take it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I noticed you workout after work. Do you think working out before work would make a difference. I know sometimes working out later in the day makes it difficult to sleep.

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.
