Eating Romaine Lettuce Yet?

Is anyone eating romaine lettuce again, yet?

It is back in the stores here with a label with the date and location.

 

I wanted to get some today when I saw it but didnt!! I miss it though in a salad.

Same here!

Never stopped.

They did pull it for a couple weeks but once it was back

on the shelves, I dug in.  

Love romaine.

   I miss is too.But I’m afraid to take a chance.I became very ill last March with Salmonella from eating eggs.Not worth it !!

Yes, I was told it's OK to eat from certain locations.  I would assume that it wouldn't be sold or served if there was still any chance it could be dangerous.  So far, so good! Woman Wink

I am still afraid of it.  I haven't eaten Romaine Lettuce since the last outbreak.

I have never really bought romaine on a regular basis.  I sure won't now.  We prefer what my grocery store labels "Leafy Lettuce".  

To me, romaine now has the death penalty.  Too many cases.  

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it
