@KingstonMom I realize it's tracking sleep on an app. I was simply making a point of more tracking. Maybe I didn't say that the best way.

I don't really want to know... Next week...next month...next year, new discoveries will change the parameters.

We're living in an exciting time! Embrace the changes; there will be more. These are for our own healthy benefits. I'm all for helping my physicians help me stay fit without numerous office visits.
ETA: We still need those labs on a regular basis. Check with your physician.

I use my Fitbit to keep track of my daily walking miles. But I have no desire to know about my sleeping habits. I take it off at night.

My bathroom mirror shows me if I had enough sleep..

I couldn't afford this, but it can help some people. We're already being tracked through the internet, Smart phones, Alexa, etc. so there isn't much difference with this. This seems a good way to monitor someone's health.

But does it know what I want to eat for dinner? ....or that my cats water bowl needs refilling? No?....then I wouldn't be interested in such mundane technology. (I'm being facetious in case anyone didn't automatically catch on to that..... my Apple Watch does all of what this ring does and SO much more.)

The Apple Watch is the same thing, great if you have an IPhone, if you don't, the ring is much, much cheaper than buying an IPhone.
I'm considering one to keep up with my oxygen levels, I wear oxygen at night because my level drops to 58% when I sleep.

@Goodie2shoes wrote:Oh Wow !! Really ? a ring that tracks your sleep and exercise ? Has anyone tried this ?
@Goodie2shoes I have an Oura ring and love it. I researched the Ultrhuman ring and some other tracking devices before deciding on the Oura. I don't care for bulky smart watches and they irritate my skin. The Oura looks good and I forget I'm wearing it. And it tracks a lot better for my needs.
I recommend watching video reviews on YouTube to see what people who have it have to say.
