Dr. Steven Gundry - products & books

Does anyone here use products from Dr. Steven Gundry?  I drink a glass with Energy Renew every morning before I eat breakfast.  I call it my pink drink!  I also started drinking a glass of Essential Orange during the late afternoon.  Both drinks contain prebiotics and probiotics.  Essential Orange also contains collagen.

Any experiences with the doctor's products or his books?  He advocates a plant-based diet.  Thanks in advance.

Plant bassed lifestyle is healthy....Dr. Gundry's suggestions are not.

When I see Gundry's name on his many misleading, pop up ads,I immediately get rid of them. He is a con artist in my opinion. I would never fall for his clickbait headlines. He has covered the internet with the...so annoying!

Dr. Steven Gundry... is rather OUT THERE as far as nutrition... he walks the fine line of quack and nut ball...I would question his ideas of curing this and that....
