The only reason I ever purchased AL chocolates was because it was presented as a way to improve cholesterol results.  Well, I proved that wrong.  Plus, I had to deal with all that melted chocolate.  I love dark chocolate and have several I like better so I'll go back to those instead.  I am not a fan of a lot of sugar in my diet, so I go easy on all this.
