@Cookie777 I get this after finishing certain antibiotics...
the last time, the nurse clinician told me something interesting...
She said to start the antifungal RX after the antibiotic prescription (my infection was not in the mouth, although she said my tongue was "a little coated." She said if I didn't wait to take the antifungal RX until after the antibiotic was finished, that the fungus (yeast) would just come back.
To re-establish proper probiotic cultures, yogurt is a good place to start.
FOLLOW DOCTORS ORDERS... as others have said, a medical doctor should follow...

Absolutely NO need for that krap.
The OP meant holistic treatments anyway.

I would add a good probiotic to the regimen to replace the good bacteria so the yeast can't take over again. .

If she has it in the mouth she needs a Rx for Nystatin, it's an anti fungal mouthwash. Plus she needs to supplement with good probiotics. Also have her to throw her toothbrush away and sanitize dishes and cups.
