My husband has for years had an off again, on again issue with snoring. For long stretches, I can use earrplugs, and that will help enough and I can sleep. However, the last 3 nights it has gone from bad to worse. Tonight, I went to dd's bed. She is staying in her college dorm. I didn't realize how hard her bed was. Anyway, now I am up because I can't sleep on her rock hard bed. I'm in the living room, and he sounds like a dadgum freight train. I told hubby I am worried he will have a heart attack or stroke. I think he has sleep apnea and needs to be checked out. Can it not be detrimental to ones health to snore so loudly at night that he wakes himself up? He REFUSES to go to dr over this. I told him this afternoon I am seriously concerned about his health. We have insurance. How do people cope? We both have to go to work in the AM by the way. He is getting some sleep at least
