@AuntG, yes, let's do that. I'd suggest that we try to have tolerance for those whose opinions and style of posting may differ from ours. I hope you get what I mean.

And your suggestion of three strikes and you're out is antithetical to the purpose of a message board. If a poster feels that another is monopolizing a thread, there is recourse to that. The poster can enter the discussion with a similar amount of zeal, or the poster can just move on. What you are suggesting is rank censorship above and beyond the QVC Standards.

That hasn't been my experience with Noel at all. I am a fence sitter, on a certain issue, Noel did her best to show me her side. I told her I still wasn't swayed ,either way. She just told me to keep investigating, and I would find the answer

Never once was she a dog with a bone...she was just making a strong case ,for what she believed was true ,and backed up her case ,with what she based her opinions on

She was dealing with a dad that had health issues, i think people need to understand that when you ,or family members are really sick ,you do not always have the patience that you normally ,it is called stress.

I did not see the post by Noel's daughter. Hard for me to believe and/or understand that anything she has said here, over many years, would be a cause to ban her.

Sure, Noel and I have had our differences on many topics over many years, but she has never said anything that was offensive to me. It is hard for me to even think she would have done so to anyone that visits and Forum on this Bulletin Board.

Did she not reach the distinction as being recognized as an Honored Contributor? To me, anyone that has spent the amount of time it takes to put up enough posts to reach that standard, most of them very thoughtful and helpful post, it makes absolutely no sense to me.

The number of years I have spent on Bulletin Board I have seen a lot of different things, some that made little sense to me, but banning someone like Noel? I have no idea who decides when a specific poster gets banned, but I would like to think there is more than 1 person, at least having input to that decision, than leaving 100% of that decision up to any 1 single individual.

I would like someone from the QVC Team to contact me, here or via email, and disclose what it takes for an Honored Contributor to be banned. If not, I guess it will leave me wondering, if something I type here innocently, will get me banned. Probably many posters that have been here years, wonder the same thing.

As you have told me several times, there are some posts that just might save a person's life. I am not seeking any personal recognition from you as you have done that many times over. I just want the Decision Makers to understand that even "borderline" posters, can write some very informative, and very important posts for others to read and ponder.

Hi @hckynut.. Message 39 is from Noel's daughter. I agree with everything you said in the above post.

And yes, if I had not read your informative post about women and the difference in their presenting symptoms of a heart attack...I know I would never have gone to the ER that Sunday morning back on June 12, 2016. Back pain would have been the last thing I would have thought of as being a heart attack.

I found so much solace from Noel over the past few years regarding commonalities and getting through some daunting health issues. We are all kind of a support system here and I will miss Noel so very much.
