@CelticCrafter The same one I'm still trying to get clarity on the issue. I'm seein another immunologist on Tuesday and if I have knot heard from her by then she might receive a kissoff letter

Did you try to contact her again since your health is in jeopardy?
If I don't hear back from my rheumatologist, I follow up with a call. I imagine a lot of offices are trying to work with fewer staff out of precaution or necessity.

@I am still oxox I am glad you have the Tues appt.

Just a thought--do you have any of the large hospital systems near? For example, if I need help I call the on call dr. of a dept. day or night. This is at the UMich system. I get a call back within 5 minutes and they have access to my record.

My PCP is usually pretty good about responding if I ask him something thru the patient portal, but on the rare occasion that I don't hear anything back from him, I call the office & ask the receptionist if he's in the office. If they tell me that he is in, I tell them that I haven't heard back from him, so they give a note to his nurse/medical assistant & she's good about checking things out to see what happened & getting him a message that I'm waiting for a response from him.
