Doc isn't sure, maybe you know?

Hey everyone,

I had gotten sick last month and while at the doctor I showed him these little like hard white things on my neck that spread down onto my shoulder and are slowly heading toward the top of my chest... He said they are not millia (sp?).. He wasn't sure what they were.. I said I just want to scratch them off even though they are not itchy they are annoying.. He said not to becasuse if it's some kind of virus scratching them off could spread it but he doesn't know what they are..

I was on 2 weeks of antibiotics but these things never cleared up.. He said they look like little cysts almost but they are hard and really tiny.. Not easy to see but you can feel them and they sit ontop of the skin.. Anyone else have anything like this and if so, do you know what they are? It takes like 3 months to get into a derm around here and I've looked on the internet and can't even find a picture of what they look like.. Thanks
