If you are taking this, what are your experiences and thoughts about it? Someone suggested it to me but was rather vague about why!
So if you take and feel it is good for you, what results do you see and what brand?
Thanks for any responses!

Have heard of the many virtures of this supplement, altho have not taken it. I am getting weary with taking extra supplements any more. I do take fish oil and magnesium--those seem to help, and chondriotin/glucosamine helps too but have stopped the many others after months and sometimes years of them. I have meds I take everyday but think I am done with the others.

I'm cutting way back on my supplements. Too much money and frankly, I'm tired too! Still will continue with my multi vitamin, turmeric and eye supplement. Drs have told me that I have great veins (at 72) so I'll continue with circulation and vein support.

Imho you'd be better off eating foods that contain resveratrol.

I don't take actual resveratrol but I do add a scant 1/4 tsp. of cocoa bean extract powder to one of my mugs of coffee in the morning.

I've not heard it recommended for anything internally. It's used as an anti-aging ingredient in skincare.

@SilleeMee I agree but so many like grapes and peanuts are high in calories.

It's found in foods such as pistachios, blueberries, cranberries, and even cocoa and dark chocolate, too. No need to eat just one of those kinds of food. Pick a variety.

@SilleeMee I can't seem to work many of these in a day for a significant amount of it. Nuts have far too many calories for me to eat many, grapes same, and so forth. My husband could eat a barrel full of any and be thin. Isn't that the way it goes???
It's difficult to get in fiber too--and especially since so many fiber rich cereals hve lots of sugar and most bran has raisins! Gobs of raisins! Ick!

I often buy the lesser expensive product which is Grape Seed Extract caps, I take one per day, very good anti oxidant.
