Two different subjects, so it reads as a non sequitor.

 

However, as of earlier this year, I'm paying very close attention to food labels and the added chemicals, though I purchase few processed or canned items.

 

My issue is that I've finally discovered some really important migraine triggers: MSG, modified food starch (of any kind or description), modified soy protein, potassium anything and the list goes on. 

 

Since I've been doing this, my migraine days per month have decreased an incredible 60% - knock on wood 3 times.
