Dizzyness

Anyone here in their mid to later sixties who have experienced a dizzy feeling and in a mental fog? I try to explain it as have taken a strong narcotic pain killer or, heavy buzz. Starting going through the tests, naturally beginning with heart issues. No pain, no change in meds or diet. Feeling is sitting, laying down or standing......all constant. Blood pressure is good, 120/75. Poor wife is beside herself. Have turned driving over to her and have retired motorcycle (for now). Just curious if anyone has run across this.
