I started the "New Year, New You" in the end of November with the kick off of the new WW Points Plus. I am happy to say I am down 4 lbs since starting. That is great considering the challenges of the season. The reason for this post is the change in my Diet Coke consumption. I used to drink 3 to 4 bottles a day. I have always heard that it wasn't good for you and that it caused a person to crave sugar/processed junk food. Of course, I didn't believe it.

I love Diet Coke and never thought I could give it up. I have cut down to less than one bottle a day and will probably stop drinking it all together. My challenge is if you want to lose weight and not ready to make big changes, try cutting down on the regular/diet soda as a first step. I know you will not be sorry. I hope 2011 is a wonderful year for everyone.
