Salicylic acid (SA) creams are helpful for skin yeast infections. Yeast thrive on moist dead skin. SA will gently exfoliate the skin plus make the surface of the skin slightly acidic so yeast won't grow there. SA creams can be used daily. You can also use medicated facial wipes, for instance Stridex pads, and treat the infected areas with the pads.

I did not read all the answers, but in answer to the comment about Dial being too harsh. Safeguard was also an anti-bacterial soap and I used it on my face when I was younger for my acne and didn't find it particularly harsh. It was before I started on my skincare journey. I had read that dermatologists at the time recommended it for acne, so I used it.
