Good luck to you, @roeroe1005. There's a chart in this thread that explains what different forms of magnesium do. Stay away from magnesium oxide. It barely absorbs and will give you stomach discomfort and diarrhea. If you're looking for a single form, magnesium glycinate is your best option. It absorbs better and is supposed to help you relax. Be careful on the dosage. Calculate what you get and through diet and only supplement the difference. Too much magnesium is risky and dangerous.

I ordered from Amazon and got one with magnesium glycinate. I googled while looking at what was shown. Too many to choose from!

i want to try that moonbrew hot chocolate.. but even with a discount its pricey... im still thinking about it... reviews are good. but are they honest reviews....

After beginning magnesium and sleeping better, I started dreaming again. Had stopped remembering any dreams for a long time.
But, what is funny is how strange the dreams are. Not bad, just weird. My latest dream was about a "college paper" I had written. Can you believe that? It was a long dream, too. It had everything in it.
I got an "A" on the essay, but that wasn't extraordinary.
I can't ever remembering having crazy dreams like that! And I am always dreaming with magnesium.
