Short of sowing my mouth shut are there any suggestions on how to curb my appetite? Seems the old I get and the slower my metabolism gets the more I want to eat. My exercise habits are so sporadic; I have a special needs son, a husband out of work for the last 9 months and I have a part time job. I know these are excuses but stress beats me up! Even when I do have time, I'm so dog tired I just can bring myself to exercise. I set the alarm every day for muh earlier hoping I'll have energy then but just hit the snooze button till it's normal time. I'm 42 and I have trouble sleeping as well! At first I needs to lose 20 pounds now it's more like 40 & I have to stop & reverse it here!! Any suggestions? Supplements that have helped? Anything would be greatly appreciated! TIA
