Cracking Sound in My Wrist and Arm ...

Maybe someone has had this .... a cracking sound that appears to be coming from my wrist, top of my wrist when I move it and I feel it down the outside of my arm. It doesn't hurt necessarily, just feels funny like when you accidentally crack your knuckle. If it keeps up then I do feel some aching in the top of my wrist area. It is almost like I have to turn my wrist to make it happen . It is a very strange thing, but then again I do get strange things ! Thought maybe someone else has had this happen and could shed some light ...Thanks
