My husband has a c-pap device thru the VA; no cost to us.   They do not offer a sanitizer, nor do they feel one is necessary.

My husband empties and refills his water tray daily with distilled water.   He washes his mask and hose weekly with baby shampoo with a splash of peroxide; more frequently if he is sick.   He replaces the hose 3-4x a year.   All of this maintenance routine is much cheaper than a $300 so clean machine.

I don't think a machine is needed for the simple cleaning needs of a c-pap device.
