I already reviewed this (with 5 stars), but I would also like to commend QVC on their customer service. Last week I called because one of the hooks that holds the bag onto the walker broke. At first they told me they didn't have parts, but then I said that one of the reviewers said the same thing happened to them and they got parts, and without hearing a thing, the parts were delivered by UPS today....no charge. 

 

I have to say that after 25 years as a customer of QVC I have never been disappointed in their customer service. 

 

And the walker has freed up my life for what I'm hoping is a temporary health difficulty.
