How long before anyone notice changes in hair, skin and joints? I tried it last night in my hot tea and suppose to be unflavored but noticed a change in the taste of my tea. I used two scoops. I made the cup of tea first and then stirred it in. Southern Bee

One thing I've recently learned is collagen supplement may lower your seretonin levels, but when used with tryptophan, possibly results in no mood issues.

I have not seen any difference, either. So I stopped taking it for a few months and then started up again. Still do not notice any difference. I could kick myself for buying the largest bottle.

high dose vitamin C builds colligen beautifully I take about four thusand mgs a day or
(4grams) not only will you have beauiful skin but your immune system will get a nice boost. you can't take too much vitamin C accordingly you can take it up to "bowel tolierance " which for some people is around 15 thousand grams a day. but if you are determined to drink a bovine collegen drinkI use Andrew lessman's collegen peptides in my 2nd cup of coffee. (the colligen comes from grass-fed beef)
