@Spingers   I agree with @roster.  Don't start falling into the drug/medication trap if at all possible.  Look to do things naturally.   Google "foods that help brain function."  Try eliminating gluten, dairy and sugars.  Exercise more.  One thing I have done while being at home all these months is start playing Facebook games online.  In particular word games and item recognition involving speed games.  I swear my brain feels sharper and more focused.

Wear a mask. Social distance. Be part of the solution - not part of the problem.

I'm almost 70 but my mind and memory is as sharp as a  tack.  My body is not as good as my mind as I have lots of arthritis.  So I don't have the energy and the ability to physically do as much as I did when I was younger.  I make lots of plans in my mind but I peter out after a while and it takes forever to get things done.
