Clindamycin 150 mg

Has anyone taken this antibiotic? I'm having a dental implant on Friday, and the orthodondist wants me to start taking this tomorrow. I've just been on WebMD reading the reviews, and they are horrendous! I feel like I don't even want to take them now.
