Chronic pain problem I need help with

Not asking you all to play doctor, just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and where you turned for help. Seven years ago I had breast cancer and 2 operations, a lumpectomy and removal of lymph nodes. Right before I began radiation I started to have a "creepy crawly" feeling in my upper back on the side of the breast cancer. The pain worsened and became more of a neck issue. Long story short, I've had laser surgery on my neck, and two other operations, a front fusion, and four months ago, a posterior fusion because the front did not heal. Yet I still have the original "creepy crawly" pain in my upper back, except it has become increasingly more painful. I am at my wits end. I take way too many narcotics, and the pain just drains my energy. Going to work is a struggle, and weekends are spent resting for the upcoming week. I just can't find a doctor who can diagnose this problem. They all focus on my neck. After 3 operations I think we can rule that out! Does anyone know a good diagnostician? I feel like I need a "Dr. House". Any suggestions would be appreciated. I live in South Florida but will travel anywhere. There has to be an answer, I just want my life back! Thanks!
