I'd love some suggestions, please. I live alone. This morning, I must have swallowed the wrong way and had a choking episode. To me, it seemed quite bad. I could not breathe or swallow. I sat there immobolized, trying to calm my panic. Luckily, after a few moments, things began to subside. I then took a couple of small sips of water. What is one supposed to do when they live alone and experience a choking episode - should this happen again (I sure hope not!)? Any suggestions? Thank you!
