Chair Gym Exercise Equipment

Does anyone own the Chair Gym? I saw a presentation on HSN and I'm debating on buying but would like user feedback on ease of use, effectiveness, etc. Thanks in advance.

I saw some of the presentation and it is way more money than I would spend. Something along the lines of a Tony Little Total Body Shaper would be a better buy.
