Does anyone own this and how do you like it? HSN has it with the new adjustable set of three cords. HSN emailed me a 20% off coupon off yesterday and it ends tonight. The coupon is good on anything that isn't a TSV and a few other things. It wil lgo through for this newest item. I have a Total Gym I love but I really need the space in the back bedroom. I have Tony Little Gazelle for my cardio for walking until I can get enough energy to go ouside to and walk. My cardiologist says the Gazelle is excellent for A-Fib patients but I am to walk longer not faster on it. Any feedback is appreciated.

I bought the Chair Gym a while back when it was the TS. It comes with 5 DVDs with short work outs. It's good for the core and balance. We are happy with it.

@MikafromTopeka I ended up buying the blue one but really wanted the black with the zebra print. I wanted a color someone else would like later on when I am no longer use I t. I have the Wonder Core Exercise System and that works great and it is fun. Between the Gazelle and the above two that will be all I need to use.
Thanks for the reply.

I have all 3 items you have mentioned ( gazelle , chair gym and wonder core ) in my bedroom and use them regularly . I do not always do that with every item I have invested in. I have found over the years I feel better when I keep it fairly simple but actually use the items !
I had a total gym but sold it as it was just too big and heavy. I also about had an accident with it , almost sliding off onto my head. So I figured this was not for me. If stubbing my toe was a beneficial exercise I would have been in great shape .
The gazelle I have had forever and find if nothing else doing 15-20 minutes gives me some cardio at least. It is better than just sitting especially in the winter months.
The Chair Gym is great for strength building which everbody needs. I try to do the 45 minute workout that has cardio & strength at least 2xs a wk. I think the the woman (Ginger) is one of the best I have ever seen in keeping things going but not so fast I can't keep up. It is such a simple idea but works great for me (senior) and so easy to store. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.
I have found the Wonder Core to be a good investment also. As an ' apple ' I have always needed to do crunches , but had trouble until using this .
I also keep Marie Osmond's Body Gym in my living room so when just watching tv I can move. I think it and the Chair Gym do about the same though.
