I had a checkup with a different Dr and mentioned I was feeling what I thought to be carpel tunnel issues.  He agreed and sent me for the test.  I had absolutely no idea.  Nobody ever mentioned the test.  I told someone about it and their response was all I needed to know.  I googled the test and read up on it.  I was terrified.  I went and it was no big deal.  I found out I have mild carpel tunnel.  I was given braces to wear at night.  I needed a kick in the butt to start wearing them.  I spend all day typing on my computer and I know I sleep with my wrists bent.

They did not work for me and I had it in both hands.  I eventually had surgery on one hand and a month later, on the other.  Best thing I ever did.

We have one gal at work who used those gloves for a couple of years. She eventually didn't need them, but I wouldn't want to wear them. They did, however, restrict her wrist movements enough so she wasn't in pain.
