Lordie,lordie. Just got an email from stepson. He's bringing his girlfriend to NY this week and wants to meet with us for lunch on Thurs. Then to Staten Island to see his grandmother. I said are you sure you want Bryonny to meet these crazy people. If I didn't know them for a hundred years I would be scared off. Bryonny comes from Melbourne. She's not used to Brooklyn nut jobs. We are loud, we curse and we don't have a refined bone in our bodies. GC and Lannie, I did meet a man from Wisconsin on a plane to Las Vegas once and he was wearing a cheese hat. I went over to him and said I just wanted to meet you tell you I love your hat. He had cheese in his overnight and asked if I wanted some. My kind of crazy. 

GC love your posts.

hello all, thanks for thinking of me and not forgetting me, I hope everybody is doing well, no relapses? No one is currently in treatment? 

Im still purging , as I said, it will take me all summer to do the whole house, but I'm making progress I'm almost finished with my closet. I just packed up the last of the pants, and capris that don't fit. I can't tolerate anything tight on my waist. I can't breathe if I'm bound up. Where did all this fat come from? Lol.i swear I took at least fifty, pairs of pants out, and probably even more t shirts. I should OWN half of qvc. I've got at least 20 nice jackets from Louis del olio. It's such a waste, it makes me sick.

any way my chickens are doing just great, although we lost Bessie this spring, so we were down to two of the original flock left. Then last weekend hubby went to a poultry show and bought three little hens about four months old. They are really cute but I haven't named them yet, any suggestions?

@AkaGoldie  I don't like anything that clinches my waist either.  I'm sorry that you lost Bessie this past spring.  As far as names for the new hens, I'm sure no help.  My sparrows are named Poppi (now 12 years old), Peewee (his sister that passed at age 9) and Presto (she is now 4).  Pigeon is named Grayson.  

With the sparrows, I didn't know the gender until the feathers came in and I'm still not 100% sure the pigeon is male, rofl.

Goldie, I'm glad you're posting.  I will admit I was worried about your health.  I was trying to get myself to think positive and chose to think you moved on.  You were having a good time and left cancer talk in the past.  

I'll speak for myself.  I'm doing good.  I'm on a pill for something not related to cancer and gained twenty pounds.  I'm not very happy about it.  I need to get serious and send it packing.  It doesn't help with my lack of energy.

As for names... Mollie, Louise, Goldie.  🐤🐤🐤

Goldie, very sorry about your Bessie.  For names, how about LaVern and Shirley?!!  Blanche, Martha, or Rebecca?  What do the little darlings look like - color?  Any personalities showing yet?

Pam I'm sitting here laughing. Goldie, why don't you name them after the Golden girls. That would be a hoot. 

Goldie, your purging and I'm washing carpets with my rug doctor. Too much work.Stepson is coming in on July 30th not tomorrow. Husband read the email wrong. Lord, he's aging faster than I am.
