Can teenagers take Andrew Lessman's Essential-1???

Need an answer to a question from my daughter. Our entire family is now taking Andrew Lessman's vitamins. She is buying the HSN Today's Special for herself and my son-in-law. She want's to know if my granddaughters who are 13 and 16 can take them. I wanted to see if anyone has their teenagers using them. Our family suffers from an immune deficiency. These vitamins work for us so she wants to get her daughtersstarted on them. Didn't know if they are too potent forteenagers. Thanks for answering.

I would say no because they are children and check with their doctor before starting any supplement.

@Tuppermore I would suggest taking the bottle to their pediatrician and asking him or her. My initial thinking would be "no."

Vitamins are based on dosage for a 150 pound person.....
