I'm having a real bad time with Restless Leg Syndrome. I don't have it all day, but it starts in the evening. It's a feeling in your legs that you have to get up and move around for relief. It's like nerves in your legs. Recently, I've stopped drinking caffeine and artificial sugars. I used both for years. I've researched the Internet, and none of the suggestions help "much." It's a real terrible feeling, and I've missed a lot of sleep with it. I tried to take care of it myself, but I guess I will have to go to the doctor. I just hate to go through a battery of tests for this and come up blank. It seems like it's one of those "fuzzy" things.
