I have used the Mayo Clinic Diet Plan app for six months.  I have had great success losing and keeping it off.  I pay for it;however, I use it faithfully for the tracking of food, excercise, water, recipes, motivational and tracking videos.  It helps me continue to break my bad habits so I change my behaviors.  I eat common sense food and when I go out, I watch my portions.  I find I need their tutorials to help me stay disciplined.  I am a senior, have a social life, and I struggle with eating less than I could until I was 55.  It is the only thing that I have been able to "stick with it".

I use Carb Manager every day.  It also includes calories.

My husband uses the free version of FatSecret.  It was a little hard to navigate the first time or two.

You can search by brand and by restaurants.

It gives you calories, total fat, total carbs and protein.
