Calorie/point calculator App. Anyone use one?

I had the Value Diary app on my old phone and I really liked it.  I had to reload it on my current phone but the same version wasn't offered. It is now the "ultimate value diary" 

i can't vigure it out. I need one that is simple and user friendly. Does anyone have one thet

but if you just want cals/in and out it's overly complex

I've used both My Fitness Pal and Lose It and liked them both.

Calories In Calories Out (CICO).

Gosh....do people still do that?  Seems 1970s.

I thought we’ve all evolved to the fact CICO is not 

a good diet model. Surprised it’s still a thing.

Itrackbites app is the substitute for people that dont have the WW app.  You can choose the new Freestyle Program or one of the older ones like Points Plus.

why? that's what I do--- I know how much I need to eat to maintain my weight, if I eat too much I put on weight
