Thank you for your thoughtfulness.  I have pt tomorrow; today was the ortho dr.  We discussed the knee he injected; I've thankfully had no pain.  He said scoliosis is a degenerative disease.  So, I'm marked to get worse if I'm not proactive, and I plan to be.  Then in the midst of this, I was terminated from work!

One 30 minute pt session is so tiring!  No way I could handle two in a row!

Sorry to hear about your job, I am sure they didn't want to lose you but they had to fill the position.  The most important thing now is getting you healthy.

I just had this discussion with a friend who has had remarkable success with different body issues by being proactive.  Halting osteoporosis decline with exercise and food therapy.  Also shoulder and rotator cuff repairing with personal pilates trainer.

Good for you to be so aware and good luck with your ensuing physical progress.

And that stinks about the job. Maybe when the dust settles there will be options.  Talbots maybe? Smiley Happy

It's unfortunate that you were terminated, your main focus is to get better and healthy again, sorry you are in such pain and hope all your health woes will soon diminish.  Take care, best wishes and good luck while you are going through your physical health treatments.

@ECBG, I am most sorry to read of all your physical challenges.  But I do know you are being given good care, and it seems like you certainly have the determination and spirit to get well.  I do remember how much you loved your job, and I feel badly your employer treated you so poorly.

All my best wishes for your healing.
