Callanetics - has anyone tried it?

I have been reading about Callanetics, an old exercise dvd from the 80's and one of them is titled 10 years younger in 10 hours and the reviews on Amazon are very good.

Very tempted to have a go, has anyone here had any success or otherwise with it?
