I realize this is a pretty broad question, but do any of you ladies who take a calcium supplement know which is the best kind to take? I may not be asking this properly, but I guess I'm wondering about formula and/or brand.
I've been taking calcium with magnesium, but the magnesium component upsets my stomach. I think because I take Vitamin C daily, the magnesium and Vitamin C combined are just too much for my system. I would like to be able to continue taking the Vitamin C.
I realize that I can just take calcium without magnesium, but I'm thinking there are other components that are sometimes added to calcium supplements which may be beneficial, so that's why I'm asking for advice.
Any suggestions on calcium without magnesium?
