I live in AZ, but my current CPAP supplier (MedSource) is in UT & that's where my stuff is shipped from, though they do have a local rep, who i can call or email & he's been great to work with, after the non-responsiveness of the 1st supplier I used.  My good experience with this co. may be totally due the local guy being so great to deal with.
