I don't know what a CBD is either but for my osteoarthritis I use an ointment called Voltaren which I get from a Canadian pharmacy. It comes in a large 150g tube, is odorless and non-greasy. It's the only thing that gets me up and moving in the morning. You can read about it at pharmacymix.com., which is where I get it. It's not available in the US without a prescription.

You can google 'CBD' and read about how cannibis is involved in this. I like to read 'Wikipedia' explanation of 99.9% of what I need to know.

I came across penetrex cream, sold on Amazon.I also use the cool comfort soft braces, also on Amaznon. Both are helpful, you can read on Amazon.

I just started using CBD for my pug. He was losing his mobility in his back end, I think due to arthritus. I started giving the CBD for dogs in his food last Thursday and I am already seeing a difference in him. He is getting around better. I am really hopeful. I have spoken to a lot of people that have used it for themselves and their pets, and had really great success. I got mine from healthy hemp oils dot com. They have a ton of variations for humans and a lot of customer reviews and a lot f great information to help you pick the best one. I ordered mine and it was here in a week.

It's completely legal. They have some variations to help with sleeping that I think I may ordere for myself. Hope that helps.
