Hi,
About five days ago suddenly I had an intense pain in my left shoulder which radiated down to my fingers. Well, I thought I was having a heart attach or a stroke. I had just started a little over a week ago on Nexium. It says online that it can flare up arthritis and fibromyalgia. I suffer from these two. My GI doctor did not think that was the cause and said to go to my internist. It turns out that he thinks it is bursitis causing the pain. This coming week I have an appointment to a Sports Medicine specilaist. Also, xrays will be done. Does anybody have bursitis and what treatment do you follow?
Thanks,
Linda S.
