Forgot to mention, it was excruciating! Luckily, I live in Florida and thanks to the Dollarstore flip-flops, I was able to leave the house, eventually! LOL I have since graduated back to my orthaheels. What a relief!

Great to know that it healed without issues! That can be a dangerous thing. I have a co-worker whose wife got a blister on her foot that just wouldn't heal because she is sever diabetic. It only got bigger and eventually she did hyperberic oxygen treatments to get the area full of oxygen for circulation to heal, but that didn't work and had to have her foot removed a bit below the knee. She is doing well, has high spirits and is adjusting to her prosthetic well.
