@Mindy D  Thanks for the recommendation, tonight all I have is Tylenol PM...I hope I get a good nights sleep.

I will talk with the doctor about what I can take, and I am sure once I start PT I will need something for the pain.  Thank you

@Mom2Dogs @Tylenol PM has different ingredients than Tylenol Rapid Release. The PM is released more slowly and also contains generic Benadryl antihistamine, which does make some people drowsy and help with inducing sleep. I hope you were able to sleep.

Re: Bruise pain?

@jlkz @Aleve is not good for bruising. It helps with pain but is an NSAID. NSAID medications thin blood and can make you bleed and bruise more.

@Mom2Dogs - I suggest Arnica gel.  I was in a head on accident a number of years ago and my seatbelt tried to assasinate my right boob.  Think eggplant for weeks.  The arnica gel was a miracle to me.  Good luck!

@ceekay  Upon recommendations I picked up the gel...it has helped.

@Mindy D I took the PM version hoping it would help with sleep - but really has not helped much.
