I was very unhappy with the way that this tactless "salesman" spoke to Jacque during the presentation. "Are you a mom? I knew it!" in an accusatory tone is hardly the way to motivate anyone. If I approached a member and rudely said, "I was looking at your body, and this is what you need," the owner of my gym would probably ask me to leave.
Finally, it was beyond inappropriate for him to squat down and literally push her butt upward with his hands. That is not an appropriate way to touch a client, male or female. This would subject a trainer working in any reputable gym to termination and/or possible harassment charges.
I believe that Jacque recognized how critical he was, because she tried to cover for him with, "I told him to be truthful." He was only stating his perceptions, which are not necessarily the truth. In spite of her health challenges, Jacque is hardly falling apart, and she does not appear to be that deconditioned based on her ability to follow his very generic and unremarkable exercises. I felt terrible for her.
In short, another overpriced set of recycled exercises, presented by a rude obnoxious creep. Save your money.
