I take a supplement called Allibiotic! It contains Elderberry,Olive leaf extrat, Garlic extract,Oregano and Rosemary oil! I get mine from Pureformulas....they ship the same day and its free shipping! I've been using this anytime I feel a cold, etc. coming on..and I'm using it now to keep my immune system healthy. I also eat a vegetarian diet~

Foods to support your immune system is basically a....
Low Fat Whole Foods Plant Based diet.
🥦🥬🍊🍇🥕🌽🥔
For all those on a low carb/keto diet...I would strongly
suggest reconsidering those diet food choices.
Meat, dairy, eggs, oil....all inflammatory & non-immune supporting.
More important than ever before, it's so important to reassess
one's nutrition. Plants hold the power of health.
We are all at risk...why make it easier for contracting something?

CNN report recommends:
Good food sources of vitamin D include fatty fish, including canned fish like salmon and sardines; eggs, fortified milk and plant milk products; cheese, fortified juice, tofu and mushrooms.
It is important for all of us to get a good balanced diet especially now. And it is sometimes difficult to acquire and store the foods we need now.
So think out of the box, get gariety, and be safe all of us!

Can anyone post a recipe for the Golden milk with tumeric ?
I am taking 1/2 a glove of RAW GARLIC daily as per a nurse practioner friend who recommended it to me.

Unfortunately fish like salmon/sardines, eggs & cow's milk/cheese
is so incredibly inflammatory with zero fiber.
Stick with the whole plants to build the immune system &
more importantly, create a healthy Gut Microbiome.
Plants have lots of fiber...fiber is KING!

There are lots of recipes online. This one if from healthline dot com
Golden milk is easy to make at home. For a single serving of golden milk or about one cup, simply follow this recipe:
Ingredients:
Directions:
To make the golden milk, simply mix all ingredients in a small saucepan or pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until fragrant and flavorful. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
Golden milk can also be made in advance and stored in your refrigerator for up to five days. Simply reheat it before drinking.
SUMMARY Golden milk is easy to make at home by following the recipe above. Simply mix the ingredients in a saucepan or pot and heat them up for a delicious and healthy beverage.
Golden milk is a delicious drink loaded with antioxidants that may provide an array of health benefits, ranging from a healthier brain and heart to stronger bones, improved digestion and a lower risk of disease.
To reap the most health benefits, use a milk with both calcium and vitamin D and limit the amount of honey or syrup you add to your drink.
Perfect for an evening drink just before bed, here’s Dr. Weil’s recipe for Golden Milk:

Moderation in all things is my motto.
My diet mainly consists of veggies, organic crunchy peanut butter
(LAURA SCUDDER OR CRAZYBRICHARDS!)
whole grains, poultry once weekly, greek yogurt, .....and so on.
I enjoy the Beyond Burger especially with french fries! lol
I get my Subway veggie grinders with Spinach instead of lettuce and plenty of tomatoes, onions, peppers and also real cheese (not “American”).
The easiest way to eat healthy is to shop the outside rings of the store where everything is real food.
The middle aisles contain fake/manufactured “food” loaded with useless calories, but no nutritional value.
A treat for me is: whole grain tortilla chips w medium salsa.
Who knew salsa was so low in calories!
Or perhaps a bag of microwave popcorn.
A rather expensive treat are Reece’s SUGAR FREE smalll cups,
They come in a bag of 10 for $2.99. TOTAL RIP OFF! lol
But as a HUGE Reece’s fan (and PB) I am here to say that the
Sugar Free are exactly the same !
I am fussy about the quality of every calorie I ingest, so I wouldn’t waste calories on anything unless it was very good.
Another thing I eat occasionally is DARK chocolate.
A few squares of it is very satisfying.
Theres a reason that DARK chocolate is recommended over “milk” choc.,
but I forget *why*.
Supposedly an evening snack of Dark chocolate squares with a glass of
red wine is “good” for you........
I can agree with that! lol
