Has anyone ever used this? I saw it on Biggest Loser this year and I am intrigued that I could work out for 5 minutes in the morning just to get my juices going and wake me up and then do maybe a regular workout at night.

I have one. Don't love it or hate it. It's not the product I tend to grab for a workout. When I have utilized it I can feel the workout in my muscles, so probably long term it would work.

I was shocked to see what I thought was a fad thing on Biggest Loser. There seems to be a lot of good reviews on Q but I'm not sure. It just seems so simple to use for a few minutes in the morning to rev me up while I watch the news in the morning before work.

I did order the Bodygym that Marie Osmond was selling. I've always liked resistance bands but it's always a pain to adjust the tension. Really I don't understand why anyone hadn't thought of attaching them to a pole to just roll and adjust. I know I'll be using that in conjunction with some Jillian Michaels dvd's.

Oh, Kokathy! I had one of those--I found it to be really heavy. I'm pretty small and when I started flapping that thing, I was practically airborne, like the Flying Nun! (Remember that show?!)

I bought one a couple of months ago. I think the science behind it is muscle resistance. Once you get the hang of it, you can understand how it works. Kind of reminds of isometrics from the 70's.

I've had one for over 20 years. I got it on the recommendation of my chiropractor because I have nerve damage and had to quit using heavier weights for workouts. I use it and the smaller cardio blades every other day. It was great when I broke my ankle and had to stay off it for 2 weeks. I could still use my bodyblade. You can get as heavy of workout as you choose to. I take it with me when traveling also. It's the one thing that doesn't bore me longterm.

Have both the big Body Blade and a pair of the smaller ones for years now. They can give one a good workout as far as muscle contraction but they do little for a cardio workout.

I use them on occasion but I prefer just grabbing my Tony Little Body Shaper Pro to get pretty much a full workout with upper and lower body. Much more improvisation to do many exercises not able to do with the Body Blades.

I think this is a great workout tool. It is surprisingly difficult. Nice core work and upper torso. Makes me sweat right away. I have spinal restrictions and this works well, for me.

You definitely can get a cardio workout - especially if adding footwork as simple as marching while using them.
