Bodyblade system of exercise

Does anyone have any experience with this product that they can share?

The government told them to take it off the market because of false claims!

I couldn't find any information about the government telling them to take it off the market.

It looks interesting and has good reviews. After I saw the presentation, I ordered the Reactor Aerobar Trainer from walmart.com instead. Looks like it does the same thing for a lot less, under $25 and a 90-day return policy.

I bought one a few years ago, I use it on my "off" days when I'm not strong enough to tackle my regular routine. It works, doesn't take up space and everyone in the family can use it.

Re: Bodyblade system of exercise

Got mine about 3 years back. Love gadgets. I am sure it works on someone. Never tried it. Now that you brought it up I think I will unwrap it, take it out the box and try it out. I WAS a gadget addict and the purchase was made before I rehabilitated myself. I never watch QVC live anymore or any other infomercial because I might pick up where I left off. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

DH has one & uses it. I have tried it.I should use it more. I can tell you it will give your arms one heck of a workout. Bodyblade has a chart on their site with exercises you can do with it.

Re: Bodyblade system of exercise

I purchased mine when it was first on QVC; it has now returned after a run at SHQ. It does give a good workout. I used mine while watching last night's presentation. Now I need to dig up my DVD of the routines which I copied from a VCR tape which shows how old mine is.

I never heard anything about it being taken off the market. I would need to read that to believe it.

Re: Bodyblade system of exercise

I got my husband one just before Christmas - he likes it and says it gives him a good workout. He's in fairly good shape but he manages to work up a sweat while doing it and says he can feel the difference in his mid-section and his deltoids. He uses it about 2- 3 times a week. I have tried it myself but I'm pretty weak . Hope this helps.

I've had the BIG Body Blade and the 2 smaller ones for several years now. For me they would never replace using weights/my Bowflex or Total Gym for adding strength to my upper body and arms.

However they are great for maintaining good muscle tone and probably would add muscle and tone muscles for someone that has been inactive for a long time. For this I think one would have to really get it to flex to add more resistance to the exercises.

Set attainable and reasonable goals that are within the suggested outcomes from the one that originally introduced this product and I think one would/could be happy with the outcome.

Worth the money? They were/are for me.
