From Instagram @justbobbibrown
Looking up these ingredients and those on the back of the envelope, I am finding interesting information.
It appears to me that Bobbi Brown is trying to choose low calorie ingredients, plant-based that pack powerful benefits in tiny amounts. This is wonderful and what I’m pretty sure most of us would love.
One of the ingredients is a derivative os Stevia. Amla fruit is new to me, so I looked that one up.
Have been taking doTerra Deep Blue capsules, Andrew Lessman marine collagen peptides, another off-brand collagen-type capsule. So, I’ve been experimenting with these plant-based ingredients.
While no much for me has happened quickly, the long-term benefits are startling. My skin has finally cleared up (due to increased moisture.)
I have become very suspicious of additives (magnesium stearate and carrageenan are two). These are “thrown in” indiscriminately into lots of supplements and must be very hard on the digestive system. More later...

All I see is,
pills, powder, pencil (?)
powder, muffins, liquid
powder, powder, weights=representing constipation from no fiber

@LTT1 You are all over this girl!!! I love it!
I watched her show w/Kirsten last week I think it was but I didn't stick around very long.
You already know about AL's products. About 1.5 to maybe 2 yrs ago I caught a weekend of him talking about/selling his Marine Collagen Peptides W/MSM. I ordered it, love it, love the results I see and feel, have not missed a day without it. What I see externally is great nail & hair growth - stronger nails growing faster and thicker hair growing faster.
Feeling great internally too but this is in addition to a hypothyroid totally under control, losing the fat weight, NO stomach bulge anymore=totally flat stomach, tweaking my diet to go along with everything, back to weight lifting/working out since December. Muscle tone is BACK baby!
Bottom line, I sticking with Andrew's as he offers so much more to do so much more.

Do the rusty dumbbells represent an iron supplement? Sorry, had to go there.

I saw the presentation also .. I think Bobby got a little anxious ( body
language ) when Kristen started reading the ingredients list off
of the product label .....seemed to quickly change the subject ....
especially when she read one of the products had sugar ....

Funny!
Because iron oxidizes and causes rust? IDK

I don’t want to eat real food if I can get nutritional value and lose weight.
But we can eat real food w/ lots of nutrition and still lose weight.
These meal replacements are so constipating & so not healthy.
They have little, if any, fiber...thus the weights are representing
what elimination, when it does happen, feels like.
Low calorie=cranky; constipation=cranky; no money (expensive supplements=cranky....doesn’t sound like fun to me,
but people like to make it hard...when it doesn’t have to be.
