DH and I use an Omicron arm monitor. I have checked it with the dr's office one and it is accurate. A couple of months ago my other dr's office used the wrist monitor and I asked it it was accurate; she said they have had no problems with inaccuracy because the technology for them has improved. I ordered one and it is way faster and easier to use...but every once in a while I still use my arm one; have rarely found any difference.
