@Porcelain    O.m.g. after reading your post I reeeally need a cuppa! Lol.   Never read much about tea drinking before.

 

Being Brit I drink about 5 cups Yorkshire Gold a day and, so far, feel good.

Some green tea intake is recommended for fatty liver disease, regardless of the dangers posted which I'd assume would apply to over-consumption.

@dulwich - Glad you are enjoying your daily tea.  Personally, I can only handle the caffeine in three cups of regular tea.  If I wanted to drink more, I would then have to switch to a decaffeinated tea.

@Free2be - Thank you for your interesting comment.  I would not have known about the benefits to those with fatty liver disease, if not but for your coment.
